I've always looked forward to seeing this series since Selena is in it, although it didn't seem like it'd be very good. I liked the idea how they swapped, there were many funny moments. It seems like recently I've been watching these 'switching' kind of dramas, like Secret Garden (korean drama), although they were all a girl and a guy instead of two girls. Anyway, i did enjoy watching this series, I really didn't expect Myo to die like that in the end... I thought somehow maybe she won't die since the drama doesn't seem like it'd turn into a tragedy. Her death scene was pretty sad :/But at least her death changed her family members. I didn't like how her family members treated her like she was some servant - what angela said in the last ep. And I thought Yes Madam would appear again in the end o.o guess not...

Can't help but feel Johnson's role didn't serve much of a purpose until near the end where he turns evil-ish because of the magical website. You can tell the series is trying to educate us... especially at the end how Johnson didn't press enter but ran off to someone that looked exactly like "Suk Heung".

I also thought it was weird how they said Vincent went to America and took some course and he changed dramatically... it was just weird, I didn't like it. They should of just made him realise he really loves Hailey, then does something to get her back... idk, just what I think... The car plate was something sweet though ^__^

Characters:

Myolie Wu (Fan Suk Heung) - I enjoyed seeing Myo as Hailey, it was funny since she didn't know how Selena's lifestyle really was. Especially where Vincent cut her hair off XD

According to wikipedia, Myo's english name in Wish and Switch was Sarah.... she was never called that right?! O.o

Selena Li (Hou Yurk Hoi/Hailey) - Selena didn't have much screen time in the beginning, I liked her character more towards the middle and near the end. I felt sorry for her how she's already revealing her feeling to Vincent and yet he doesn't do anything about it. Screaming 'i love you' in front of everyone is pretty embarrassing... :/

Johnson Lee (Koo Ka Yan) - Well, I don't really like Johnson's character that much... he doesn't do much in the series its like. I didn't like how he didn't talk back to the Sean guy when he was humiliating him so much at the fast food restaurant, then he totally got depressed. It was sad when he was telling Myo he didn't want to hate her and stuff. And I didn't like how he blamed Myo for everything...

Vincent Wong (Wing Yiu/Wayne) - I enjoyed watching Selena and Vincent as a couple but they don't have that much screen time. I like when the guy never admits his feeling XD But sadly we don't get to see much of them, the piano scene was nice :)

Wow, I saw Selena at first, was happy so decided to post XD Both Selena and Vincent are in the tops, guess their characters are liked alot. They're cute in Wish and Switch. Just two more episodes till the end~ :D

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!!

Yes, I know Chinese New Year was actually yesterday...well for me at least it is... not Americans I guess.. Anyway, hope everyone will get loads and loads of red envelops so you can spend it on something you want ;D

For some reason, yesterday, i went out to the city... it was like... so... silent... it didn't have a 'chinese new year' feeling at all... i was like... O.o Did i mistake the date?! XD I think today would be more like one since I heard there will be those dancing lions and dragons stuff on.

And Note that, the pictures above does not belong to me. I found it off a site. I think those two are vocaloid (first pic)? since thats what it said when i saved it xD

Happy 3rd Anniversary!!

Yes, it's Simply TVB's 3rd birthday!! That was fast... and this is the only year that I'm actually in my own country and have internet access to type up this post lol. The past two years, I had vacation at the same time.

And so, I thank those that have come across this blog and read my posts, thanks for supporting this blog. Hopefully I will have some more interesting posts to come xD

So.. 3rd birthday, here's a new layout with a new little header with Myo and Selena from Wish and Switch. At first was gonna use the colour version but it didn't fit well so made it black and white. Seems like the whole layout is a little gloomy for a 3rd anniversary?

Well anyway, started the first episode yesterday, was alright, can't wait to see more scenes of Selena :D

Bottled Passion Review

My Comments:

The series was enjoying to watch but I didn't like how tvb decided to add another episode of Raymond's death. It was pretty obvious for him to die when I realised there was another episode, but since they made his death kind of mysterious, I thought they were gonna make him didn't die in the end and Niki's turn to wait for the 10 years for him but guess not. The end was pretty typical how Raymond didn't go to the hospital first but was trying to find Niki. TVB sure likes to make it dramatic, if he went to the hospital immediately, there would be a higher chance of him surviving and therefore you can live with her happily forever but they choose to search for the girl... and die in the end... But Raymond's version is a little different, he couldn't find Niki and found a boat and died on it.... And Jack gave hope to Niki and she kept waiting. This series revolves around them waiting for each other...

I thought the last episode was pretty unnecessary though, especially how they even added Katy in it. They made it sound the Ko Family are all so heartless. I guess tvb wanted to make Raymond die to tell the audience taking revenge is bad :/ Despite, i think most of the audience wanted his revenge to be successful :D One second, I thought Rebecca finally regretted her actions but she never did even when she was dying.

I liked Raymond and Niki's childhood story, its very sweet of him to wait for her every ten years. They also kept talking about them having two lives, first was when they were kids and second was when they met again with different names. Niki was talking about it in the end again too.

I wonder if Niki finally remembered her childhood though? They only talked about her finding herself to be the little girl. I thought this series should be aired at another time since it wasn't that bad, people would probably forget about this series very soon.

Characters:

Raymond Wong (Tung Bun Sin/Li Ho) - I really enjoyed watching Raymond taking his revenge, at first I thought his character was going to be very evil

and perhaps even kind of heartless in order to take his revenge but it was the opposite. He felt bad for what he did to Niki and I really wanted to see him successfully take revenge.

Niki Chow (Tsui Sum) - Niki's character is pretty ordinary, the nice girl in the series. I feel neutral to Niki's character. Felt sorry for Jack though, still kind of was waiting for her till the end.

Elaine Yiu (Ko Yee Kiu) - Elaine's character was alright, I had a feeling that she would stab Raymond to death but didn't expect her to poison herself too. When she stabbed him, it reminded me of when Katy stabbed Kenneth from Grace Under Fire. But Katy's version just looked like she was some crazy woman killing someone. Elaine wanted to die with Raymond I guess but she didn't die though.

Katy Kung (Ko Yee Nga) - I don't really like Katy's character, she's a brat that pretends to be a good daughter but in fact is the total opposite. She makes up stories and lies to her parents. But I enjoyed the way how Raymond got close to her and kept r

ejecting at the beginning.

Rebecca Chan (Tung Kwok Hing) - She was sure evil indeed, can't believe she can push a 6 year old kid into the river, she's pretty good with these evil roles though. She favours her son over her daughters and makes the daughters go her way. It's very unfair to Elaine and Katy. Katy didn't seem to care much since shes pretty good at making her mother happy whereas Elaine is different. Both her daughters really have her genes, especia

lly Katy in the end, seeing the newspaper with no shock at all.

Raymond Cho (Tsui Ping) - He was a nice brother to Niki although he seemed like a person that was controlled by his wife alot in the beginning. Claire seemed like one of those selfish wives in typical series but as the series went on, she wasn't that bad. She cared for the family when they were crucial times although her speech can be a little too mu

ch at times. Although Raymond Cho and Niki aren't blood related, they are like real siblings, it's nice to see that. Their sibling relationships are way better than the real related siblings of the Ko family.

Vin's character was pretty... plain? and unnecessary? Except for when it was his fault for their business to be sold to Raymond Wong.

Joel Chan (Ko Yee Tai) - I wasn't used to Joel back into these characters again at first since I finished Curse and then started this. He dies in both characters. His character is not smart like his mother, just any typical 'rich person's son' (Fu Yi Doi/Yee Sai Jou).

Curse of the Royal Harem Review

My Comments:
The series looked really boring and the cast was not appealing to me, but when I started watching it, it didn't seem too bad. I actually enjoyed watching this. It was more interesting than When Heaven Burns when they were airing together. I finished this yesterday, missed the last two episodes when I was in Hong Kong. The ending was alright I guess. Myolie's death was expected. I was guessing she'd die protecting Joel so that he knows she loves him since he was doubting her earlier. I didn't really enjoy watching Jessica that much, not that her acting was bad or anything, but her character was just boring to me. I thought she'd become really evil but she didn't until the very end. It was expected and obvious she will kill Nancy and Gigi, the last episode was kind of dragged on about her :/ It was so unnesscary of her to give Sunny that cup of poison tea. She seems to have changed a lot, but her change at the end seem so sudden and weird to me O.o Or maybe its just me xD
Anyway, on the other hand, I enjoyed watching Myolie's character. Was never a Myo fan, not that I am now but she did well. I liked how she was kind of evil, although I didn't find her to be that evil. She's seems to be pretty naive sometimes o.o Lot more interesting that Jessica though. I also liked her and Joel's storyline. I cried when they were dying :( Myo looked older than Joel though xD
Thought it was weird how they suddenly made Sunny sound so useless as an emperor. He seemed like a fine one all the way through excluding times when he was on drugs and then they made it like he was relying on women so much. O.o And lol @ where Jessica says "Ping Sun" before Sunny.
Hmm.. can't think of much about the series, I didn't fully watch the whole thing since I was in Hong Kong most of the time and not every night I'd be sitting in front of a TV.

Hiatus

This is going to be a pretty or super long hiatus. It's because I have exams in like 2 weeks and I need to study. This is prob gonna be like a few months.. srry abt it but I have more exams coming up after the exams in 2 weeks. And all these exams are very important so yea. I know I don't update much recently, not very active either but yea.... hiatus...
I'll either come back after these exams for a while or... I'll come back in December. Coz after my exams which is November, I'll be going away, makes my hiatus longer.

And I won't be replying my tags either, I just hope I won't get a bunch of spams... or maybe I'll remove the tagboard.. :/ I'll see... I'll reply the current replies after I post this.

The Other Truth Thoughts

I've watched around10 eps I think?! Well, up to Aimee's case. So far, I find the series pretty interesting to watch. At first it looked like a boring series because of the seriousness of the promo clips. But it turned out pretty good I recon. And the synopsis made everyone think Ruco was gonna be some bad lawyer, one those only care about money?! But he turned out to be very different. I recon everyone's character turned out COMPLETELY different from how I imagined. I thought that Ruco would prob be bad and then turning good, and never guessed Tavia was this cold. Also thought Natalie's character would be MORE clumsy and I thought Raymond's character would be some smarter lawyer. And especially Louis... I thought he was gonna be some professional type looking lawyer from the glasses but I guess not... He doesn't seem to have much confidence in himself. To be honest, I don't really like watching Louis scenes, he was pretty annoying I recon.
As for the cases, most of them were pretty interesting, some were alright. Currently, I still liked the first case most, the Louise and her son one. That was a very emotional and interesting case. Glad Ruco was alright after it, his words were very strong and emotional. There seems to be loads of cases in this series. I like how the cases don't take too long to be finished. I guess the longest is 3 eps? Or maybe there will be more soon.
It seems everyone likes Tavia here. I wonder if Natalie ends up with anyone? Also looking forward to seeing Kenneth's appearance and his case. Heard Tavia will fall in love with him?! xD
Well yea.. to sum it up, overall, I'm enjoying the series and enjoy watching most of the cases and characters.

Ghetto Justice Thoughts

Yes, this will just be a very short thoughts of mine of this series since I haven't really watched the FULL thing. I was going to skip this series but then I heard many good responses to this series so I started watching it, but I didn't start from ep 1 since I watch from the tv. I might watch ep 1 or something on the net if I have time.
Anyway, this series was pretty good, I enjoyed watching it but the cast was really unappealing to me, it unmotivates me sometimes, no offense to their fans but I really find the cast not appealing. But yes the storyline was pretty interesting to watch. I didn't watch all the cases but most of the ones I've watched was pretty good. I didn't get to see much of the chemistry between the couples so yea. But Myo and Kev seemed like a cute couple to me at the end. The ending of the series is not too bad I guess. I didn't like the fact that he went into jail but overall it was alright. The part where Myo chucked her "blow kiss" over to Kevin, reminds me one of the movies by Stephen Chow, something similar happened but not jail, a basketball court ^^. It was unexpected for me to see Sharon Chan dying in the series, I thought she'd survive but she didn't, she didn't really have such a good life :/ Poor...uhh his boyfriend.. whatever his name was xD I liked Kevin's character, he was pretty funny and yea, I really don't have that much to talk about since I didn't watch a lot of this, pretty much just watched middle bits and pieces and the ending. But if you ask me if this is worth watching, i think it is. :D

My Sister of Eternal Flower Review

My Comments:
I've anticipated this series since it looked good. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be but I guess it's alright. It can get a bit 'mo liu' at times. The ending was pretty weird and some scenes were really necessary too, like the part where Yoyo getting in a car accident, Raymond going to marry Yoyo and the marathon too, though it was some idea at the end. The series was kinda funny at first but I guess it just went..normal?! Not very funny or anything in particular, can get a bit boring at times too. I liked Raymond's character, he was funny and kinda a refreshing role since he's always so serious in his other roles. Lots of people got annoyed because of Charmaine's voice and everything, I guess I was okay with it but yeah I did get irritated by it at some point. I personally don't really like watching Toby so much but in this series she was enjoyable watching, her and Pierre.
It's weird how Raymond choose Charmaine, a girl with 10yr old capacity over Yoyo, the normal and better one. (now don't get offended Charmaine fans, im talking abt their characters here) I doubt anyone would do that in real life, so the series is pretty unrealistic. I also find it weird how Raymond did show he kinda minded that their future child might be like Charmaine but in the end she gets pregnant... -_-" I recon.... they don't have enough time to talk about other stuff so they just skipped a bunch.... they should of cut the Yoyo parts and talk about other stuff...

Characters:
Raymond Lam (Zhang Yik/Hugo) - Like I said before, I enjoyed watching Raymond because he was more a silly character in here. It was pretty funny the robbery scene and also the parts where he was chasing after Charmaine. After those parts, the series became.. a bit.. not as interesting I guess. I didn't like how he was so lazy and stuff when he lived in Charmaine's house and she defended him so much :/

Charmaine Sheh (Fa Lai Chu) - Charmaine did well portraying this role but yeah, it did get a bit annoying at times... her voice and everything. But then she IS playing a girl with capacity of 10yr old. Charmaine and Raymond wasn't really the couple I enjoyed most watching.

Toby Leung (Fa Lai Ping/Jenny) - I liked watching Toby's character, especially her scenes with Pierre. I don't really have much to say about her...

Pierre Ngo (Luk Ho Cheung/Mike) - They make it like he's really gonna die but he doesn't... loool... He's pretty short too when standing next to Toby haha XD At first I thought he was gonna be some villain but I guess it turned out he likes Toby lol.

My Comments:
Have always anticipated this series since it seemed very interesting but in the end, it wasn't as good as I expected. It was just an 'alright' series I'd say. It was funny from time to time but the series slightly got more serious with the undercover business. The series focused too much on Moses' character. I was dying to see the other characters appear and it took some while. I actually don't really like the ending. I didn't like how they made it "4 years later" isn't that TOO long...?!! I didn't mind Kenneth's guest star. :) It was pretty obvious and easy to guess that Moses would most probably quit being a police and be a teacher again. But I thought they were gonna stay in "Lam Tin Gwong" But it seems not, both Miss Ho and Law didn't stay. On the other hand, I enjoyed watching the bowling competitions actually. The last episode, it was obvious they'd win, the slow motion makes you nervous xD. Obvious Linda would appear too. I didn't think Ron would find someone else, and who was it?! O.o I didn't like K4 in the beginning but they turned out okay :)
Kinda a new thing to see TVB make the main character hurt someone, like wouldn't it usually be in the end, the undercover falls in love with her... but here, he hurts her deeply (not like he wants to) but yea, the few ending episodes were really.... "mo liu" all the court stuff... I'm like...who cares.... 20 or 25 episodes is more than enough really.

Characters:
Moses Chan (Law Yiu Wah) - Like I said before, they focused a bit too much on him. Moses was funny at times but yea, got serious. I felt that the end parts were very unnecessary. They should of let the series as comedy and end it funnily and not how Ron and Moses feel like they were in depression. But I did enjoy watching Moses and his boss when they have meetings and those matching shirts sometimes.

Tavia Yeung (Ho Miu Suet) - To be honest, Tavia's character was nothing much special. Very ordinary. Just a very good teacher that wants to help her students I guess.

Linda Chung (Koo Ka Lam/Carman) - Linda's character compared to Tavia's, was more interesting to watch. I liked her personality, very fresh. She had more a purpose in this series than Ron at least. I felt really sorry for her how she got so hurt, her sister got in jail and her most loved person was actually all a fake...

Ron Ng (Ching Man Lik) - What's the POINT of his role... he doesnt even appear much...are you sure he's not a guest role.. lol. If Ron was taking out of the story, it wouldn't make much difference really. It wasn't even much of a square love since his one was SO one-sided and didn't much. I kinda disliked his character when he was being SO biased about Band 1 and 3 schools.

My Comments:
I never anticipated this until I saw the promo clips, it seemed a bit interesting but I guess it was alright in the end. The ending was... average, was a bit unexpected, I didn't like it very much actually. I recon most or some of the scenes are like very unnecessary and stuff, some I find stupid. They probably should of cutted it down to 30 eps or something. I recon how they found Kenneth's evidence was.. easy?! I was expecting something more 'big' his 'ending' seems very fast. And I was thinking how can they prove that the diary is real and written by Elliot. I mean it can be written up by ANYONE. I thought Liu Xuan would cry or shed a tear seeing her brother die, but I don't think she did? They need an emotional scene instead of Kaki's one.
And I find it VERY stupid that Kenneth's people couldn't find the diary and yet Power or Oscar stuffed it in Power's bag. And also how Kenneth went to find Edwin was a bit.. stupid :/ Isn't it obvious he's gonna kill you?! And since the diary also has Edwin's criminal evidence, doesn't that mean they will try capture him too? Yet he's so free fleeing to japan... o.o
Well, I don't have much to say but more to say underneath :) There are more thoughts really but I can't remember much right now lol.

Characters:
Liu Xuan (Mok Kwai Lan) - Liu Xuan actually did a pretty good job for her first time. The dubbing was alright, but don't you guys recon there's a lot of pauses?!! Anyway, I liked watching her character more before she married to John. Her character got a bit..boring I suppose after she got married. Dunno why but that's just what I think.

Bosco Wong (Lui Ching Lung) - I recon Bosco didn't have a LOT of lines than the other characters. His character was alright. Too expressionless I recon. Suppose his character is like that but really even when he gets married with Fala, he doesn't even smile a little?! That's a bit too exaggerating.. I guess its just his character... It's funny how he was slamming the table in front of his father to express his feelings, I felt he didn't know how to express it in words.

Kenneth Ma (Yau Sam Shui) - Well I did kinda enjoy watching Kenneth, but yeah he was very immature. I felt him turning evil was a little bit unreal.. or maybe its just me?! And yes, it did take some while for him to turn evil. More eps of him good than evil. And his death was so unexpected. I never thought it'd be Kaki killing him. At first I thought Kaki gives in and then she didn't. I wonder if he regretted what he did though?! I was expecting some scene of Kenneth regretting and crying or some sort to Liu Xuan his sister. Recon TVB wanted to promote Kaki more there o.o

Fala Chen (Kwai Fa) - Fala's character was interesting. I didn't like how she lied to Bosco abt Liu Xuan going to another place other than Guangzhou. I thought she was going to seriously die though since she got shot but lol she didn't. Too much for Bosco if she dies too. They made it like she really was gonna die when she got shot. Yes and once again I find it stupid that she just called out that she found the diary when she saw the situation was dangerous...
At first I thought Fala lied about her cooking skills from a famous chef but lol I guess its true. I actually liked watching Fala and Bosco more than Fala and Kenneth, I was anticipating for Fala and Kenneth too. But I guess she's just there to reject her so nothing cute or anything between them.

John Chiang (Wong Fei Hung) - Uhh... his character was boring to me. I don't think he even loves Liu Xuan, at first before watching how they got married, I thought it would be something that they HAD to get married instead of them wanting lol. I didn't expect his death either.

Dominic Lam (Lui Kong) - His character is just weird, its like from wanting to take revenge turning to nice and then from nice turning back to taking revenge and in the end he turns back to a nice person and dies. That's just... weird...might as well not make him turn nice at all until the end.

Relationships:
Bosco Wong and Fala Chen - I enjoyed watching their moments but their ending was seriously rushed too quickly.. When they were in the well and how Bosco saying he loves Fala, I felt it was SO fake, I was like "yeah right!" lol. But when he said he 'realized' he fell in love with her felt more real. They were a nice couple though but I still don't feel much love from Bosco.

Kenneth Ma and Fala Chen - This couple is cute but not in this series. I liked how Kenneth did so much for Fala but sadly Fala doesn't like him D: Well I guess these stuff can't be helped o.o

Liu Xuan and John Chiang - No, I did not like them. I even found Liu Xuan and Oscar or Power would fit more LOL.

My Comments:
I've only watched a few episodes. Thought I'd write some thoughts about it. The series is alright for me :) It's currently not the best BEST but its not too bad. I enjoy watching Kenneth actually, he's quite funny and very cheeky but yea quite immature too. xD And Fala too! She wants to get married with someone rich, quite selfish at times but I enjoy watching her. I guess her character will change. I wonder if she would like Kenneth in the end :/ But she ends with Bosco?! Since Kenneth is evil. I wonder how Kenneth would turn evil... I also wonder if he'll actually learn martial arts with 'heart' lol. Since Wong Fei Hung finally accepted him as a disciple but we know Kenneth just wants fame from his name.
Oh as for Liu Xuan, I also enjoy watching her. The dubs are okay. I wonder who it is. I enjoy watching the martial art scenes. :) Hope to see more. Say does Raymond Wong's character die?
Bosco's character is alright, hopefully we get to see more a 'cheerful' or different him soon :) Why is Bosco's characters always called "Lung"?

Hmm..... let's see... currently I am just starting on Grace Under Fire. I decided not to watch Only You. I watched the first two eps and didn't find it interesting...
Grace Under Fire seems alright, looking forward to see Kenneth turning evil and Fala's appearance. Hopefully it'd be a interesting series... never anticipated but the promo clips made it look interesting :)

My Comments:
I actually didn't watch the WHOLE thing because of my exams... I didn't have time. So I watched bits and pieces and knew what happened. So this is just parts of my thoughts. I'm not gonna bother go watching parts I didn't. Anyway, the series is quite interesting I recon. At first by looking, it didn't seem so interesting but after starting to watch it, it was more interesting and enjoyable to watch. Like everyone, of course I enjoyed watching Chilam the most, and with Myolie, they were funny and cute. On the other hand, Michael and Tavia are very boring to watch. I didn't like watching Michael, he was boring and all he cared about was sushi this and sushi that. And his eyes and eyebrows!! They're all the same throughout the series.... Mean look.
Btw, I found Pierre's role funny! He did well!!! He's good at these type of roles aye! xD

Characters:
Julian Cheung (Yue Chi Yeng) - Yea, Chilam's character was just funny in a way, I wish this didn't air at my exams time =.=" I wanted to watch it. Arghh, they should of aired something boring so I don't care... It was sad I didn't get to see Chilam start liking Myolie but I guess he kinda explained it himself at the end when Myolie lost her memories of him. Man... typical dramas... losing memories at the last minute..lol! Oh and I find it funny how they have so much nicknames, him and Michael, theres "Dai and Sai Yue" and also the other Mrs Yue calls him "Dai and Sai Yea" (srry, my weird pinyin)

Michael Tse (Yue Chi Hiu) - I find their names very funny, especially Michael's. But I recon the name really suits him coz he IS hui! and CHI hui too!! I don't like how he uses Tavia! :( Their story is like SO repetitive I swear... they use each other and then they want to be together again... happens SO mcuh O.O So they were just boring to watch,

Myolie Wu (Keung Keung) - This is one role that I enjoy watching Myolie. I like how Myolie and Chilam call each other names, "Ma Keung" and "K Yeng" The daydream that Myolie had was the BEST and so funny! It was where she was starting to like Chilam and she daydreamed that she was 'Siu Long Lui' and then she slowly finds Chilam is 'Yeung Gor' That was so funny!! XD

Tavia Yeung (Choi Sze Lung) - I didn't really like Tavia's character that much. Like I said before, it was just her repetitive relationship with Michael. I was thinking... if she loved him that much, how can she do that to him and same thing applies to Michael. She probably could of asked Michael for help in the first place instead of accepting that other Mrs Yue's offer.

Damian Lau (Mo Yung Ching) - Haha I love watching Damian!! He is funny in a way. His gestures and everything. I like how they all call him Mo Yung-san. Its also funny how he suddenly says one or two words in Japanese and continues with Chinese. eg. he said 'genki' instead of healthy when referring to that he runs a lot so he's 'genki' xD and more~~

My Comments:
The drama is quite interesting I recon. I didn't watch ALL the episodes but most of it. I enjoyed most of it. But I still don't EXACTLY get why Steven did all those stuff, though he DID say it was to make Sonija fully give up on him because he has brain tumor. But really... when I was watching it, having an illness causing him to do that came into my mind but then the things he did later on made me think, 'maybe i'm wrong?! what IS he after?!' lool... coz one second it really DID look like he likes Koni. But I guess its all to get Sonija to give up.
Anyway, the little stories of each characters were all quite interesting to watch. I enjoyed Steven & Sonija's and of course the kidnapping case too :) Yeah the main stories! When they first showed us the mainland police where she stole the phone, I started thinking... 'how mysterious are these people o.o' then realized she was a cop. I SWEAR I didn't know she ended up with Bosco in the end! lool.

Characters:
Steven Ma (Calvin Yik Cho-On) - I really enjoyed watching Steven, his character is interesting. He doesn't play much of these characters I guess?! And I was wondering what his REAL character name is since Bosco said Yik Cho On isn't his real name. It was sad he died in the end but I guess that ending is more suitable for a thief.

Sonija Kwok (Christy Wang Ka-Yu) - Sonija looks quite pretty in her curls. Her character was alright, she and Steven are cute at the end how Steven said shes the one he loves most.

Bosco Wong (Chiu Chin-Lung) - I also enjoyed watching Bosco. I didn't like seeing him with Sonija much, that looked too much like siblings... I liked how he and Joyce was looking for evidence and everything, I thought they were paired up at first but then I was wrong. lol. So sad he didn't give up being a police.

Joyce Cheng (Tong Ching) - Her character was funny to watch. Felt sad for her when everyone thought she was making news up. At first I thought would she be the daughter of Yuen Wah but guess not. Kinda prefered her and Bosco more than Bosco with the mainland cop.

Yuen Wah (Ho Chan) - I thought his character was mysterious. I was wondering if he'd be some undercover cop, half correct. WAS a cop but no longer because of a crime he committed. His character was interesting. Though I thought the ending of his story was rushed how Katy and her mother accepted him so easily. But I guess they didn't have much time to talk about it.

Patrick Tang (Tai Siu Nam) - He's the funniest character!! He was SO funny in the beginning especially. Caring for the kid SO much even though he kidnapped him. It was also SO funny when he couldn't handle the kid and he was pretending to be on the tv reporting news and the piece of news he said was like FUNNY! XD Oh and I love the part where the hotel's boss gets into the hotel and all employees say "thank you" to him why he says "sorry" that was funny ^^

Well, this drama is OKAY... its not THAT good nor bad. Never anticipated it either since it looks boring and reminds me of the other drama about'Si Lai's, forgot the name. The cast isn't very appealing either.

Characters:
Ha Yu (Chukot Ho) - I don't really have much thoughts about this character lol.

Liza Wang (Lai Ka Ka) - She's a VERY strict mother O.O I wouldn't want such a strict mother, but always do things for her kids. :) I didn't like how she totally changed like Ha Yu said. But she was better near the end. Funny how it changed around with Ha Yu, she becomes the more carefree one :)

Kevin Cheng (Chukot Ching) - Don't have much thoughts either... the unappealing cast here

Bernice Liu (Tung Kam-po) - Yeah same for her, not much thoughts...I didn't really like her character that much for some reason...

Mandy Wong (Chukot Yung) - A more different personality from the other glasses role she got. She's got her own strong thinking like her mother. I enjoyed watching her. Good that she doesn't choose Vincent in the end but I enjoyed watching them more than her and Timmy but I guess Timmy was added for a 'better' choice for Mandy.

I never anticipated this series since it didn't seem to be that interesting. I actually didn't watch the first 5 episodes. I guess I know what happened a bit. The series turned out to be quite amusing to watch. I thought Yoyo's character would of been more evil, her death was quite unexpected too. I guessed it was Timmy Hung murdering but I can't believe he can do it to the person he loves so much. The series is okay, kinda interesting to watch but not the best. By the look of it, I recon it looks quite mysterious and complicated, it is a little perhaps?!

Characters:
Steven Ma (Shing Wai Shun/Wilson) - We can see that Steven really loves Fala. I didn't really like how he didn't believe in Fala towards the end but then it was sweet how he said he will still love her even if she is good or evil.

Fala Chen (Hung Long Kiu/Jojo) - Didn't get to see Fala as a pole dancer, guess it was only the first 5 eps. Her character is alright, she gets used by Yoyo. For some reason, I don't feel much of her love towards Steven. Guess it wasn't enough, Steven's love to her is like... a lot...O.O

Yoyo Mung (Kwan Ho Ching/Jessie) - At first I thought Yoyo was gonna be a really evil villain but in the end she was kinda nice, just that she wanted to take revenge. She would of have a better life if she didn't take revenge. I was first wondering if she really DID like Johnson, thought she was going to use him but nup, she did like him.

My Comments:
Been anticipating this series since Linda is playing a model but it was very unpexpected that she was actually playing a ghost and died in the first ep lol. The series is enjoyable, not like very very good but quite interesting to watch. I didn't watch the exact whole thing, missed around 5 episodes, won't be bothered to watch it online. So this will be just a short review of my thoughts to this series. The idea of making Linda a ghost is quite funny, but I still think the couple is weird lol. The ending was alright, but didn't expect the gun can kill the ghost?! I didn't remember wrong did I? I was wondering if Johnson and Raymond would guess if the girl was Linda since she said she would become that woman's daughter lol. Funny how the kids suddenly turned into adults. I also didn't expect Wong Hei to die just like that and what about the future that Linda had of Wong Hei having kids? Would that be the ending of him if he didn't die?
Anyway, I don't have THAT much thoughts now since its been a while and I can't remember THAT much. I do remember it was interesting to watch though, might people found Linda annoying, trying to act cute because she plays a model. Oh, I love the part where Linda accidently gets into Wong Hei's body and can't walk properly and walks so funnily!! Hehe XD

Yeah again, I'm going to go on vacation again!! :) So yea, hiatus again... yea and the bad thing AGAIN is that Simply TVB's 3rd Anniversary, I won't be here haha!! XD Oh wells. Here's a new header, know its a bit early since the Anniversary date is the 5th of January but never mind, I won't be back till late January.

My Comments:
Yes, an awesome series it is. It's quite sad though. Watching this series tells us how much the chinese suffered in that time period, first the Japanese war and then an inner war. I didn't quite like the ending of this. I guess it can't be helped that they see each other again when they're old since they're following the history of not allowed to go overseas or something until around 1970s. I think they should of made them meet again in the church or something. The idea of Wayne losing his memories is alright, but I'd prefer he recovered them quickly and I dunno... somehow get to see her in the church... But anyway, I think the last two episodes were pretty much flashback episodes. I think it wasn't very necessary. Too long, should of kept it shorter I guess.

But anyway... the series was very enjoyable to watch. I like watching how whenever Miss Kau is in trouble, Lau Sing is always there to help here like the last part where the citizens want to kill her and he comes rescue her. I thought the series should of added a 'quote' that'd be memorable to audience like in RB, "How many nine years does one life has?" I guess you could say there is one in NR, which Lau Sing says to Miss Kau a few times which is, "Don't always think about others, think about yourself" Or maybe the one that Sheren said a few times... can't translate it but I think it basically means... uhh actually im not too sure XD

Characters:
Wayne Lai (Lau Sing) - Wayne's character is quite opposite to RB. He's more enthusiastic in this series. At first watching the first few episodes, I thought he's a person with quite bad temper but as you watch, he's actually not as bad tempered you'd think. I think Wayne did a very good job here. I enjoyed watching his character a lot. Oh I love the part where the Japanese tell him and Miss Gau to say "Japan rulez' or some sort and he says something similar which has totally different meaning XD

Sheren Tang (Cheng Kau Mui) - Her character also totally opposite kinda... Her character is very unexpecting. I kinda knew her role isn't really the villian and I was right! ^^ Her character is so smart, her brain turns so quickly. Many epic scenes in this series. I liked the one how they showed the record of her and she showed her uncles exact same XD

Raymond Wong (Yeung Yeung) - Found his name funny at first. I like his character, I like how he cares for Ching Ching so much and doesn't care even though she has an illness and everything. I liked the part where he stands up for Fala when the japanese tried to get her.

Fala Chen (Lau Ching) - I like her name XD Haha. Her character is alright. It can be interesting at times but not all the time. The diary entries sometimes aren't very interesting. I like her character being easy-going and cheerful all the time. Liked when the time she becomes more brave, even pretended her heart stopped to prove to the japanese. At first I thought that Japanese guy that likes her has something behind planning but lol, turns out to that he likes her. Ching Ching quite brave holding that fake grenade.

Pierre Ngo (Tong Kat/Pai Guat) - I totally forgot his real character name until checking it up on wiki xD I really like his character as well. Like it more than Yeung Yeung. His acting greatly improved. Love how he is a scaredy cat and turns more brave. Especially where he shots King Kong. Nice! ;) I found him funny in the first episode how he was embarrassed to take off his shirt XD The first few episodes focused on him a lot, enjoyed watching them!

Evergreen Mak (Leung Fei Fan) - I didn't like his character too much because he was so annoying and disturbing. But he did a great job too. The award for him was deserving. Though I also wanted Pierre to win ^^ I was wondering if he was REALLY regretting when he was trying to be make up for everything with Pai Guat and the others. He wasn't the character I hate most though.

Nancy Wu (Ma Lai Wah) - Like I just said, Leung Fei Fan isn't the character I hate most, its her. I really dislike Nancy's character. She panics when theres a problem and annoys people when theres nothing wrong, she's a total brat. SO ANNOYING!! I hated her a lot in especially two scenes which I think everyone prob did?! #1 - When she told the japanese about Ching Ching, #2 - When she betrayed Miss Gau. I find it so disgusting seeing her marrying Elliot. O.O

King Kong (Mukaiyama Tetsuya/向山鐵也) - Yea, his japanese name there ^^ At first I found him a funny japanese, seeming to be quite nice. But lol, actually isn't very. He needs to improve his cantonese, its funny. Love when WCL was pretending to be Miss Gau and he tells King Kong to speak clearly then she/he decides to watch the subtitles instead XD Anyway, didn't like him when he surrendered and being all so......... yea...

Relationships -
Lau Sing & Miss Gau - Well, there isn't much about them. I liked how they talk in the church. Sad they didnt mention much about the church in the end. Or did they?

Yeung Yeung & Ching Ching - They're alright. I anticipated their storyline, ended up Okay. The parts of where he builds that Ching Ching house was kinda boring though...

THE GOOD
No Regrets - Though I haven't finished the series, I am already (bet everyone is) finding it very interesting. It's as good as Rosy Business. Every episode is very interesting to watch. Looking forward to the ending!

A Fistful of Stances - I absolutely enjoyed watching this drama. It was VERY interesting as well. Maybe the first few eps were okay but it got interesting, I love Kenneth's character, so smart and solving things so easily XD

Can't Buy Me Love - This series was also enjoying to watch, it was funny at times, not the best drama but enjoyable family drama.

Gun Metal Grey - I know I haven't finished this either but this one is also interesting. Not as good as the others but there is a reason why its an anniversary series. ;D

Ghost Writer - I liked this drama, it was interesting too. Fala's character standed out more.

The Mysteries Of Love - This one is OKAY. Many people like this, I recon its coz of FungYi?! But it was alright, I didn't like it THAT much though but overall enjoying too.

THE OKAYA Watchdog's Tale - Yeah, this series ended up alright. Was expecting to be more interesting but was just alright.

Sisters of Pearl - This one was actually more interesting. But I don't like it to put in The Good I guess...

Pillow Case of Mystery II - I didn't find this very interesting.. it was funny at times too. I enjoyed watching Leila and Joel though :)

The Season Of Fate - I liked Roger's character! He was funny, this one is actually quite good too, but again, not as good to be in The Good for me.

My Better Half - Yeah again, this was good too. It was funny. There were so many funny scenes, I love how Michael was pretending to make milk tea with the stockings!! And the last scenes like the giving birth scene. Enjoyed this!

When Lane Merges - The cast was very appealing but it was alright I guess. It was a little better than I expected it to be since it had a very boring look.

The Beauty Of Game - This was interesting, I always like watching entertainment circle series. It was very interesting!! Liked seeing Kate and Sharon's character develop... good and bad... lol XD Some exaggerating scenes though.

Beauty Knows No Pain - This was okay. I liked Elena's character. Angela Aunite! XD Love her 'cannot cannot' and calling Michelle Yim '前CASH太'

THE BADIn the Eye of Beholder - I was thinking if this should be in The Bad or The Okay. But decided the bad, since it was very boring in the middle. Only interesting in the beginning. Still can't believe his real identity was revealed so early... which was so gay...

Suspects Of Love - Yes... absoutely BORING!!

Growing Through Life - Same with this one, it was okay, prob more in The Okay than The Bad. But I didn't like it that much... some scenes were interesting though...

Fly With Me - Yes... again... BORING!!!!!!!

No Regrets Ep 10

Sheren finds out that she has been recorded by Susan Tse and this guy in the picture, which is her uncle. It is kinda revealed that Sheren actually hates drugs and everything, she'll talk more in the next ep with Wayne.
Anyway, Sheren makes her uncle say the same things as she said when they recorded.

She asks Wayne for help to edit the tape. At first Wayne refuses to help thinking its something bad again. Sheren tells him that what she said in the tape recorded and she would be killed by her father if he wouldn't help him. Wayne just says, "What kind of person ARE you?!" So funny ^^

Yeah, the father returnes, asks Sheren why she would say that, she tells him that she has no explanation and shows him the tape she recorded saying the exact same things. The father is confused and says pretend this hasn't happened. See his expression behind the father in that pic? So funny!!!! XD This scene was funny in a way I recon. I loled.

No Regrets 1 - 10 Thoughts

[THOUGHTS ABOUT CHARACTERS AND THE SERIES]

I've watched 10 episodes of No Regrets and am finding it very interesting to watch. It wasn't boring at all. Was interesting from the start. I had a feeling that Sheren was not really the villain. But funny how she and her family are so different. It's getting interesting, I anticipate the next episode where Wayne gets to know more of Sheren. At first, I really thought that Sheren was probably not the real daughter but it should be.

Episode 10 was quite epic where Sheren's father listened to the tape where Sheren says she can't stand seeing people suffering from drugs. Sheren finds out and tapes exactly the same of his uncle's. It was SO funny when the tape was showing!! XD I looled.

Sheren is really smart, just like the character she was like IN RB. You can't really guess her, I find that interesting and somehow funny. She actually took half a year to help Wayne take his revenge! XD Wayne is also very smart compared to his character in RB. Anticipating see more of them! ^^ Impressed how her character can be so calm when she knows something is coming up. XD

On the other side, I also enjoy watching Fala and Raymond. The two added chaeracters. Pity Fala has such an illness at her age. They love each other but she doesn't want to start a relationship with him because of her illness. I wonder what will happen next! xD

The first three episodes talked a lot about Pierre Ngo, his character is more liked here than in RB. I found Pierre to be very funny in the beginning where he refused to take off his shirt coz he was not used to it! XD I didn't like seeing him cry, it was... weird... but anyway. Liked how Wayne still helped him all the way till the end even though he made him lose so much money.

Say, I was expecting Kara's character to be more... like... important?! Her character isn't much I guess. Well, she was wasn't very much in RB either?! She was scared of the other wives. At first, I thought she was in Sheren's family but nup, she plays Raymond's mother.

Lucky last... Nancy, she just appeared. I find Nancy's character to be VERY annoying, no offense. She's somehow spoiled, she kinda ignores people's words and when something bad happens she panics like hell.

Anyway, that's about all characters?! I wonder when the Japanese war will come?! No wait, I forgot Susan Tse... well don't have too much thoughts about her character...

I didn't leave the poll for too long, i'm sorry about that. but anyway, the most votes currently is 'drama' so i decided to make a new header featuring a drama. well, since its airing no regrets, i made one. it isn't one of the best headers i've made but okay i guess. hope you like the fala x raymond XD

Sorry, haven't been blogging lately. I haven't been watching Comeback Clan or Every Move You Make. And then I was starting to lose interest and everything... oh wells. Yeah, so i skipped those two series. I watched a bit of both though.

My Comments:
I've been anticipating this series, I was actually expecting it to air later on but lol, it was earlier than expected ^^ I enjoyed watching this series, it was quite entertaining with some funny scenes. Well the series isn't THAT funny overall but it was alright. I anticipated watching the couples, especially Linda/Raymond and Fala/Kenneth. I always wanted to see Linda and Kenneth instead but it didn't seem to be quite bad this way. Glad Linda and Fala swapped roles actually. Anyway... I like the Kam Family, they're always so...like..together... and everything... But they don't give me much of a warm family feeling like 'Fistful's family did. But anyway, I still like the Kam Family ^^
The last episode, where they had to find Charmaine and Linda, it immediately reminded me of a drama which also had a similar idea for the ending and as I was thinking, I finally remember... lol, it was A Fistful of Stances. The ending wasn't anything special, it was expected to be a happy ending and that it was all a plan and the Kam Family didn't really drink some poisonous drink.
I also find the Ding Family very funny. Kenneth's parents are so funny, I love the way they dress up, they match each other so much! It was also funny where Kenneth's father was describing how if his wife is in pain, he will also be in pain... like he described it very funnyly... I'm glad they were included in the drama, they make it more funny. At first I found them annoying but slowly, I found them more funny.
The ending where Charmaine's daughter tries to get the paper dragonfly and then a boy catches it before her was cute, I was expecting them to follow Charmaine and Moses steps where they start arguing but lol, they didn't. Instead their daughter goes, "I think I start to like you a little" It reminded me of the Mannings ad from Hong Kong, the manning girl says the same thing to herself. ^^ Anyone watched it? She's so cute.

Characters:
Moses Chan (Kam Tou Luk) - Lol, was kinda hard at first to remember all the three Fuk Luk Sao names. I love how Moses suddenly faints, so funny. He faints when he's hungry, thats so funny ^^

Charmaine Sheh (Princess Chiu Yeung) - I enjoyed watching Charmaine, I didn't really like her that much when she was acting so bratty and stirring up problems for the Kam Family. But later on, she changes and I like her more.

Linda Chung (Ng Say Duk/Princess De Sin) - I find Linda's name very funny. 'Can't Die' lol?! At first I thought Linda's character was going to be quite boring or nothing special like some of her other roles, but it turned out to be kinda different, I enjoyed watching Linda too. I thought they were going to talk more about her ultimate strength and her big appetite but it seems it was only the beginning.

Raymond Wong (Kam Tuo Sao) - He gets encouraged quite easily on confessing to Linda ..lol. Usually I'd expect it that he won't..lol. I enjoyed watching Raymond and Linda, took them so long to finally get together.

Fala Chen (Szeto Ngan Ping) - Like Charmaine, I didn't like Fala WHEN she was acting bratty too, but other than that, I also enjoyed watching Fala. She was kinda funny to watch. I thought she was going to use that 'phrase' to introduce herself a lot but it seems she only used a few times in the beginning and Kenneth only used his once O.O I liked how she is like so good with her maths ^^

Kenneth Ma (Ding Yau Wai) - I was actually expecting Kenneth's character to be more interesting, I thought he get a personality like the one he was pretending in his first appearance...lol. But it turned out to be quite different. Not very intertesting... :/ He was way more interesting in Fist. It was surprising to see that he is the son of Ding Family since his parents are like so... different from him... lol, well it ended up he isn't their real son anyway.

Louis Yuen (Kam Tuo Fuk) - I didn't like the parts where he was arguing with the family, that was one time when the family was not 'together' I didn't see the point in 'slapping' Selena... he could of just told her to leave... but instead he slapped his beloved wife O.o lol

Selena Li (Yuen Siu Yuk) - I anticipated Selena's character, but it turned out to be the usual roles, selfish and... yeah. But this character was better than some others which are very bossy and everything. I liked the last part where Selena calls for her daughters and they're scared of her way more than the father XD Selena is funny in some scenes like how she wanted the bigger box for gift but it ended up the smaller box has more value, haha XD.

Relationships

Moses Chan & Charmaine Sheh (Kam Tou Luk & Chiu Yeung) -
Well, I never anticipated this couple, but they turned out okay. I like their first encounter. And I really liked the idea of the dragonflies, how the paper dragonflies that Moses has picked up for 3 years were actually made by Charmaine, must be fate aye.

Raymond Wong & Linda Chung (Kam Tou Sao & Ng Say Duk) -
I enjoyed watching this couple the most, they had many cute scenes together, and also MANY MANY obstacles to overcome before they finally got together. First it was that Susanna didn't like how Linda has no background and everything, then Linda becomes a princess and she's forced to cut her connections with the Kam Family and lastly the triangle love. And all the 'stops' of him trying to reach Linda.

Kenneth Ma & Fala Chen (Ding Yau Wai & Szeto Ngan Ping) -
I actually find Fala and Kenneth scenes to be more cute! XD But there were WAYY too less scenes of them. They fell in love WAY too quickly, but they were funny. Especially liked the scene where they were posing for a painting, so cute ^^ Oh and I like the end how they were also matching clothes like Kenneth's parents, that was so funny ^^ They would of been my favorite couple in here if there were more scenes... but I like both anyway ^^

Can't Buy Me Love Episode 20 - 22 [KENNETH X FALA]

A 'so-called' relative of Kenneth's father is forcing Kenneth to marry her daughter. Fala helps him to pretend to be getting married soon. While they were walking on the streets, someone random asks them to draw a painting together. Fala suggests they should draw one and put it up in Kenneth's house to get that relative mad.

Kenneth helped Fala find someone to meet but before the guy even came, they saw that relative of Kenneth's and they hide under the table. Kenneth looks out to make sure if she was still there. She was gone and he turns to tell her its fine and then kisses her on the cheeks.

Kenneth then says Fala can marry him instead. Fala is shocked and spits her water out.
Soon, Kenneth finds out that he is not the real son of Ding Family and that relative is not a relative but someone that knows the secrets and is using the secret to make Kenneth marry her daughter. Kenneth didn't want his mother to be sad that he isn't his son, so he rejects Fala.

Fala pretends to be sick and sees Kenneth.

Kenneth comes to see Fala. He then tells her that he has a reason that he isn't marrying her. Fala's expression totally changed. She walks towards Linda and says, "See? I told you he has a reason!"Kenneth then tells Fala the while story.

Can't Buy Me Love Episode 18

Charmaine and the Kam Family is more like a family now.

Charmaine and Moses is liking each other

Linda goes to the mountains to pick some fruits or something out for the princess, it suddenly rains and Raymond comes. Above, Linda hopes the rain will stop and on the other hand, Raymond hopes the rain will be longer so he can carry her longer.

Fala and Kenneth starts to be friends.

As Susanna finds out that Raymond likes Linda, she talks to Linda in a good way telling her they are not the right families to be together since she is a servant.

Linda rejects Raymond when he confesses to her. She tells him happily that she likes someone else and when she turns away, her happy face is wiped away instantly. In the next episode, Raymond tries to forget Linda and Linda also moves to the princess' place instead.

Can't Buy Me Love Episode 17

It is revealed that Charmaine is the one that spread those paper thingys that fly away and Moses pick them up every year.

Selena discovers that Raymond likes Linda. She told the family but Susanna and Lee Heung Kam don't seem to like Linda much since she is only a servant. Selena thinks Linda is good, she indirectly told Raymond to go after Linda.

Linda wants to go for a eating competition but needs a partner, Raymond volunteers. They win and since they were so full, they wanted to drink something to digest easier but the person couldn't hear them and kept walking away. Linda grabs on Raymond and they run for it.

Someone tries to kill Charmaine, Moses comes to the rescue, they could of escaped but when Charmaine accidentally stepped on some pearls and pushed Moses back, it seems he got stabbed but we don't know yet until next episode. ^^

Lol, it's kinda impossible for someone to suddenly come out and try to kill Charmaine when they're IN the palace, if it was in Charmaine's place, next to Kam Family, then it at least sounds more real..lol

Can't Buy Me Love Episode 14 - 15

MOSES AND CHARMAINE DEVELOPING FEELINGS

Moses is telling the king that their lives as the princess' husband is very hard and etc etc.

Charmaine gives Moses her handkerchief, they touch each other hands as seen above. Fala then coughs to bring them back to reality ^^

Raymond is practicing how to 'pretend' to see Linda coincidently but she then appears and says the things he was going to say to her which was, "What a coincidence!" Haha, Raymond's expressions are so funny. And then Linda asks him to teach her some characters and he reads the book to her.

Elaine gets beaten up by her creditor. With the name 'Sam Shui Gor" But she hasn't even finished who it was and Moses assumed it was Charmaine by the "Sam" meaning third (third princess) And then he goes to Charmaine and makes her cry.

In the next episode, Charmaine gets Fala to tie up Moses and and talks to Elaine and Elaine tells Charmaine everything, the truth that she was using Moses to get money. Moses finally finds the truth.

Sharon gets someone to kill Elaine. But she was saved by Fala but Sharon thinks that she has killed her. She blames Charmaine that she has killed Elaine. And reports to the king. Charmaine has no choice but to bring Elaine out to prove herself innocent and that Sharon is the one pulling the strings behind. The king then takes away her as the princess and makes her a normal citizen.

Moses says sorry to Charmaine for misunderstanding her.

Can't Buy Me Love Episode 13

RAYMOND AND LINDA

Linda tells Raymond that she feels a bit ill. Raymond gives her a packet of medicine which will make her feel better. Then later Raymond realized that he accidentally swapped his medicine with his friend, which he actually gave Linda was some drugs.

As you can see, it's the seducing scene that we've seen in the promo clip. Raymond comes to Linda's room to see if she has drank it yet, and yes she did. They accidentally fall onto the bed and kiss by accident.

Linda then says her heart is thumping really fast and tells Raymond to feel it. Raymond couldn't take it anymore and takes a pillow (hard) and hits her head with it, she faints. It was sure a funny scene.

Linda comes into Raymond's room.

Linda forgets what happened but she said she dreamed that Raymond was hitting her.

Raymond is scared and turning red when he sees Linda and her lips.

I'M BACK!!

My exams are pretty much over and I have more time now and the holidays are coming! Means MORE time!! Yayy!! ^^
And, I changed to a new header, very simple header with Sammul and Shirley. I won't keep it for too long really... But does everyone think it's alright?

HIATUS!

Can't Buy Me Love Episode 8 - 9

MORE ARGUMENTS

While Linda is asking questions to Kenneth on behalf of Fala, the people at the place gave Linda some drink and made her faint after drinking. Fala thinks Kenneth is a perv and afterwards they found it was a mistake.

It was found that Fala tries to find a husband which is not allowed and Susan Tse is questioning Charmaine and Fala. Charmaine states that she allowed Fala to find a husband. Charmaine is punished but she then gets the other princesses in trouble too since when they locked Fala up, they were practically telling the whole what she has done.

Linda made some congee that was from Tin Ping Cheun which Linda and Charmaine are from. Charmaine likes it and wants Linda to go over to the princesses house to serve her. But Moses refuses and they start an argument. Susanna suggests that Linda can be a upper class servant that is allowed to enter the princess palace as she likes and is also a upper class servant at Kam Family.

A fire occured where Elaine was, Moses saves her and Charmaine sees Moses carrying Elaine, she gets angry and slaps him. Revealed soon that it was Sharon's act.

Charmaine is very mad and had an argument with Moses and the Kam Family. She then suggests to divorce. Later it tells us that Sharon is betting her jewelry on Charmaine will divorce with Moses. In the next episode, Charmaine finds out so obviously she won't divorce.

Can't Buy Me Love Episode 6 - 7

KENNETH'S APPEARANCE

Charmaine asks her princess sisters to her place to have fun. But when she suggests playing a poem game, they start making her story how Charmaine came into the palace at the age of 6 as the subject of the poem causing her to be very angry. Moses sees this and helps her. He pretends there's a mouse and start hitting the princesses. Indeed a funny scene here.

After Raymond's arm thing was found out, Susanna has been upset about it. Linda brings a herb tea into Raymond's room to encourage him to give his mother the tea. After this, Raymond and his mother is back in good terms. :)

This scene isn't important but it was funny. Moses sees Sharon and her husband on the streets. Sharon was suspecting him to be at some place hanging around. Moses interrupts and starts describing Sharon's personality. It was VERY funny but hard to say in English.

And Moses finds Elaine, the girl who once saved him under a tree.

And finally! Kenneth's appearance!!
Fala wants to find a husband and asks for Linda's help to check the guys out. There we see Kenneth as one of the guys.

I think Kenneth looks very funny here! XD Makes some funny expressions there. Anticipating seeing what will happen next! XD I know that Fala will come out the beat up Kenneth saying he's a perv.

Recently Netizens discovered that Lau Dan's son Hawick Lau got a huge appearance makeover, besides his eyes being bigger, his nose is straighter, almost like a Raymond Lam copy. A Siu Sang needs a change, let alone a Fadan who likes to be pretty! Lately the media discovered that the two TVB Fadans Fala Chen and Kate Tsui silently changed. Fala's chin got a sharper chin, while Kate's got a higher nose bridge. Even Dr. Reborn professional cosmetic surgery center assistant GM Emily Yau said: "Clearly different!" after seeing the two photos. In addition, Elaine Yiu underwent a face change to get up top. In 2004, her eyes were small, big and flat nose, and her appearance is not outstanding at all. She currently has bigger eyes and a more upright nose, looks like two different people. Don't know if this is true, but I don't really believe it?! But I found Fala's reactions funny! ^^ Especially how she said "Write about Charmaine and I being lesbians, stupid!" One day, a bank representative, LEI YUNG-CHI (Ng Wing Mei) pops into the restaurant and claims that HEI has a debt with the bank. She picks a fight with CHI in a heated argument. In the fight, HEI is injured and loses her memory.

For fear of losing the restaurant’s reputation, TUNG decides to put on a show and pretends to be HEI’s elder brother while SING acts as her husband. Cello teacher YIP TSIK-LEUNG (Sammul Chan) plays HEI’s son and his girlfriend, TAI YING-LEI (Natalie Tong) is assigned the role of HEI’s cousin.

In the meantime, YUNG is fired from the bank but now claims that she is a shareholder and plans to reform the entire restaurant. Now, all three owners want to make changes but all have different ideas for the restaurant. A triangular power struggle develops in the processes.

KAM FAMILY'S RUCKUS BY THE PRINCESS

Linda was saved by Raymond, Moses and Louis, they treat her to dumplings and they found out that she can eat A LOT. Raymond helps Linda find someone she has helped before and that person said he will help her when she is in trouble but when that person is found, he deny it.

Raymond lets Linda into the Kam Family to be a servant. She goes to see Selena, she asks if Linda can only eat half a bowl of rice. She says yes or else she can't get the job. Then we see Linda's ultimate strength, able to chop the wood easily.

Raymond is being recruited for some leader for something. Charmaine goes to the family and then Fala and Raymond gets into a fight to see Raymond's true strength (Raymond is lying about learning kung fu from Shao Lin, he kinda got kicked out?!) Then Linda faints because of starvation. Raymond uses her as an excuse to distract him and he gets defeated by Fala. Moses then curses Fala.

After the curse, Fala gets in pain, she gets a weird disease. She thinks she will die. Charmaine said if she can overcome this stage, she will let her out of the palace and live a peaceful life.

Charmaine finds something lost, accused the Kam Family to have stolen it. In the end of this episode, it was found in Linda's basket. Linda is then taken away to see if she really was the person who stole it.
Kam Family found in the end that it was Selena that found Charmaine's thing... And put it in Linda's basket but in the end Linda tripped and everything fell out and they found it from the basket.

Linda then helps Fala with her disease and she has recovered. Charmaine and Linda is chatting here and found out they are from the same place, "Tin Ping Cheun"

Susanna is going to give Charmaine some gifts, I won't bother with the reason. Selena sees Louis and the servants wiping the vase clean ready to send to the princess. She tries to push it to the floor and brake it but Louis catches it. Haha, that was so funny. Then Selena tells the truth to Louis that the case is fake, she has changed it to help her mother's side family.
Selena and Louis then disguise as a grandma and grandpa to sell this expensive herb thing from the king. Fala sees them found something suspicious.

The princess goes to the Kam Family and let them know what Louis and Selena has done. And Fala finds out that Raymond was faking his arm being broken. They got Lee Heung Kam VERY mad and she started to shout at Charmaine saying that she is causing their family arguments, turning their peaceful and happy family to turn bad and hit her head. Everyone was shocked.

LINDA'S APPEARANCE

Moses is married to Charmaine now. And in this above scene, all the princesses are together at the palace and they're all showing off their husband's skills. Charmaine Li firsts gets his husband to perform this big heavy rock and then hitting it into pieces, then Yoyo's flying these fire things around, Tracy's then used Moses and her husband flies knives. Edwin does the same with eyes covered. Then Fala shows off her skills and threw many.
Yeah and in the end when it was Moses turn to perform something, he said something stupid and got Charmaine very embarrassed.

It's the Moon festival and Charmaine goes to the Kam Family to celebrate. They eat and she suddenly starts a fight and said that Selena (plays Louis' wife) is hanging around with a guy. She reveals that it was her brother and her brother has been trying to get money from her and even trying to get her bracelet which was given by Louis.

Moses then faints because of the starvation. It's funny how Moses faint. He fainted twice in this episode because he was hungry! Haha.

Yay! Linda finally appears. We don't know the reason yet but somehow Linda was tied up by people? And was jumping and seen by Raymond, Moses and Louis mistaking her as a ghost. Raymond then saves her from some guys chasing after her. And finds out the 'ghost' was a girl.

We'll see what happens in the next episode ^^

CHARMAINE AND MOSES GETTING MARRIED; AND THEIR FIGHTS

Charmaine comes out from the palace without permission with Fala and starts an argument with Moses.

Moses' family gets into financial problems, at first it was Raymond going to marry the princess but Moses decided to go instead. And then found out Charmaine was the princess he is going to marry. They hate each other and as you can see above, Charmaine told Fala to beat him and and Moses throws something at Charmaine to cause her hairstyle wrecked.

Moses is to see Susan Tse which is... not sure who is she? Kara asks Fala to tell everyone that Charmaine and Moses are fake relationship since Charmaine is marrying Moses because she doesn't want to marry to some other land. And as you can see, Susan made Moses to shows his skills by painting but in the end he paints something random and gets discovered he doesn't know anything. Then Fala comes.

I guess Fala agreed to tell the truth but.... She said their meeting a few days ago and fell in love was fake but she then reversed it and said they REAL first meeting was half a year ago and then they started making up a random story. And you can see Edwin on the picture, after hearing their random story, he gets so touched hahaha XDD

The day of their marriage, Fala finds out that Kara got someone to check them out to see if they are real. They pretend and since theres stuff covering them, Charmaine threatens Moses. She pinches, bites and kicks him.

My Comments:
It didn't look very interesting at first but when you start watching it, it's kinda okay. The ending of the series was alright, it wasn't as satifying though, but I guess that's what Jackie deserves since she has done so much wrong things. I really had a feeling that Jackie won't end up with anyone and I was right. I wanted her to be with Ah Nick since they loved each other so much. But the Ah Nick can't stand the things she had done. Well, I don't think anyone can.
I didn't expect to see Elaine in the last scene as a guest role. She dresses up a bit like Jackie from the beginning and comes to PDSD from "KaKa" just like how Jackie did from the past. Her personality is just like Jackie too. Glad to see Elaine in that last scene haha.
Overall the series was okay, it was more interesting in the middle and beginning but I think it kinda went a bit down. It isn't a must watch series though.

Characters:
Michelle Yim (Noble Wong/Mrs. Cash) - Michelle says she, Bibi and Jackie are good friends, I can see that but in the end, they made it sound like their bond was really unbreakable or very strong, it didn't really seem much like that to me. They had more scenes of fighting over each other than their friendship to me?? Or is it just me?

Maggie Cheung (Jackie Sha) - Jackie really has done so many things to 'win' Winning isn't everything, she sacrifices for the title of 'Asia Pacific CEO' She lost Ah Nick and her friends. But her friends eventually forgave her. :) I don't hate her character, I find her character to be quite interesting to watch but she wants to win too much.

Joyce Tang (Bibi Yue) - I enjoyed watching how Joyce starts off as an 'ugly' woman and turns into someone very beautiful. I looked forward to seeing how 'Chi lam' would fall in love with her. It was okay I guess, it wasn't as interesting as a expected it to be.

Joe Ma (Nick Ko) - Lol, Joe is always surnamed Ko.... talll.. lol. I think it's really a pity how Ah Nick and Jackie got back together after so many obstacles and now in the end, the same thing happens again. Because of work, they get separated again. We can see Ah Nick really cared for Jackie. At first I thought that Jackie would be the 3rd wheel into Joe and JJ but I guess I was wrong ^^

Dominic Lam (Vincent Chin/Mr Cash) - I liked his character in the beginning and the end. In the middle, he was just so mean to Michelle. It's no wonder that Michelle wants to divorce with him. If he kept trying and not trying to force her, she might reconsider it. But no, he went and forced her and etc. But I guess we can see that he still loves her in the end where he covers the vase to protect her and the baby. I find that very cute ^^ And I thought they were going to be together, but close. But I seriously don't get that 'Chau Gor's character is for......?!?!!??!?! (The one that helps Michelle all the time, gives her soup during her pregnancy etc)

Power Chan (Chi Lam) - I looled when I heard his name was Chi Lam! XD I wonder why it's Chi Lam, that's funny. Well, his character was funny and entertaining to watch. I find it very funny how at 7:30 I see the funny Power and at 8:30 I see the very serious Power from Growing Through life XD

Elena Kong (Angle Hung/Angela Auntie) - I like her nickname! Haha. I see people mimicking her, that was funny! XD I enjoy watching Elena even though sometimes she's quite annoying. At first I disliked her but then I started enjoying watching her. I love how she says those english like "Cannot, cannot!" Haha. I personally think Elena did a very good job!! XD

I'm sure most of us have heard about this sad story. I just felt like posting this even though its unrelated to TVB. But definitely with Hong Kong. Everyone is mad when they hear about this incident. Most people aren't really blaming the person who killed 8 people. At first we all heard, he wasn't going to kill anyone, he was nice enough to let the children and elders out. It all started when the police at that place took the brother of the guy with a gun there to try get him to stop. But I think they were treating the brother like a prisoner or something, probably locked him up? He got mad and started to shoot. It is a very sad thing to happen. I personally think that this can be treated better and no one would have died if it was treated differently. The police and everything didn't treat this good. I mean seriously... a bunch of police outside with guns can't even get a single man in a bus??? All they were doing were breaking the glass?? I feel very sad for Mrs. Leung (Lady in the 3rd photo). She lost two children and her husband (?). I think that her husband blocked the bullets for her? That is extremely sad to hear.

R.I.P to those that have died in this incident.

Wow, the beginning of the theme video really reminds me of Beyond. It looks very similar, especially where they show Charmaine and Linda with the circle effect thing. There's this shot of Charmaine and Fala (should be) of them young, reminds me of young Sam Ho and Gam Ling.. Lool. I actually didn't expect Selena and Louis as couple to be in the beginning XD

My Comments:
Well, I wasn't particularly anticipating for it or anything, but it DID seem okay. But I don't get why they say this series is the highest ratings this year? In this table, MOL is #1, AFOS is #2 and GW is 3rd and THEN its this series. But people have been saying this has the highest rating currently? To me, compared to the three series just mentioned, those were more entertaining to watch compared to this, but this wasn't too bad either.

It was sad hearing that they made Kenix and Annie's character die in a ship accident but it was interesting to see them link their deaths with the last case. It made the story more interesting to watch. But in the ending, there were really lots of unexpected events that happened, like Leila's death. That was very unexpected. And then her turning into a heavenly spirit... but that was KINDA predictable after seeing her death. I also didn't expect that, that princess was actually the real person behind all the ship incident.

It was SO unrealistic how they said how Jessica survived for MONTHS and even gave birth in that well. But I guess saying that 'tree' there helped her makes it sound better. I guess it sounds better that she has already gave birth before they find her?

Characters:
Bobby Au Yeung (Sze Sai Lun) - Haven't seen Bobby in a while. He was okay, I don't really have much to talk about him haha.

Jessica Hsuan (Ng Kwan Yau) - I've been wondering for a while before watching this drama, what role will Jessica play. Coz I kept thinking that Bobby already has enough wives and THEN we find out that two of them dies. I did enjoy watching Jessica :)

Joel Chan (So Ying Tsun) - I find Joel's 'real' name in this drama very funny.. it's like so long. And its funny how Leila calls him that, the FULL name... but they usually call the last two characters. I enjoyed Joel's character, I didn't find him annoying or anything. Seems like TVB isn't going to give Joel those usual 'real' annoying roles.

Leila Tong (Tin Mei Yan) - When I first heard that Leila was going to play Bobby's wife, I was shocked...lol. I enjoyed watching Leila. I liked seeing how Joel falls in love with her not knowing she is a 'she'.

Johnson Lee (Pillow Spirit/Ngau Dai Lik) - I liked Johnson's character. I'm glad they made him a new pillow spirit. He was entertaining to watch. At first I thought all his scenes were with Bobby, but it seems she had others with some of the other cast.

Relationships:
Bobby Au Yeung & Jessica Hsuan (Sze Sai Lun & Ng Kwan Yau) - I actually didn't expect them to get married so early in the series. I thought it would of been like the story with Kenix, that they will slowly develop feelings for each other and THEN get married but it seems to be the other way. They cared for each other though there were many obstacles to overcome.

Joel Chan & Leila Tong (So Ying Tsun & Tin Mei Yan) - I anticipated watching them, their story was OKAY. I've always liked watching dramas how the girl disguises herself as a guy and the guy falls for her. And plus revenge!! That's even more exciting! haha. Some dramas with these storyline are strong but for this one, it's type of a light hearted one... So it wasn't AS good as I expected.

Yup! A new look! Featuring new series which will be airing... "Can't Buy Me Love" with Linda, Charmaine and Fala. As 'three princesses' I know Fala isn't really playing a princess but oh wells... ^^ The banner is okay? It's very simple actually but took me a while since the program kept stuffing up for some reason O.O

I like the button, check it out on page 'profile' Since Charmaine is the main character, I decided to use her as the icon in profile page. Her face is the only one without half pink and grey haha XD

I really like Linda's hairstyle in the banner! ^^ So decided to use that pic. Fala and Charmaine's one look nice too, but I prefer Linda's. It's more simple compared to the two but better ;)

After reading the synopsis, it makes me don't want to watch it even MORE. It looks too boring for me. I'm sick of these family ish business type series... =.=" And there's going to be a lot of people I won't know too... I really want to skip this series... I'll give it a go though, if it's really bad, I shall skip...

Well, I never anticipated this, it looked very boring to me, the cast wasn't appealing at all either. I didn't like anyone other than Elaine in here. I was surprised when I heard the ratings were quite well. You can say it's actually quite good, it wasn't as boring as I expected... It's overall okay to me. I didn't dislike it or like it ALOT but it was kinda enjoyable at times.

Not going to talk more here, more of my thoughts on characters...

Characters:
Raymond Wong (Ho Ka Bo/Turbo) - Didn't expect Raymond to take a main role so fast but he did well, I enjoyed watching him, from bad turning back to his good self. I enjoyed watching him and his father communicate in the beginning, it was quite funny. It wasn't so funny afterwards, he cared for his father a lot.

Kent Cheng (Ho Kau/Taxi Gor) - I think Kent is quite funny in a way of his sayings... he loves saying people's brain are eating grass or poo meaning that they're stupid and sometimes calls people a 'shit person' But I don't like how he didn't really like Kate and wanted his son to marry Sonija instead. I mean what's wrong with Kate? She's not bad...?! Sonija is good too.

Kate Tsui (Ko Lai Sum) - I personally find her full chinese name funny, maybe I've heard it somewhere? I just find it weird... O.o Lol, I wonder why... I liked the ending part where Turbo chases for her in the highway and shouting to her to tell her to stay and etc, that was cute ^^

Sonija Kwok (Cheung Hiu Man) - I started to like Sonija's character more towards the end. Well, she was always nice. She can stand her step-mother being mean to me, she even let away her loved one to be with another one. She pretends that she remembers everything again to get Turbo to get Kate back. Like her character for that, she's very nice ^^

Raymond Cho (Au Yiu Jun) - He loves his wife but he's a bit over protective... But watching their relationships go through obstacles was enjoying :)

Relationships:
Raymond Wong & Kate Tsui (Ho Ka Bo & Ko Lai Sum) - I prefer them as a couple more that Turbo with Man. Don't ask me why, I just do. There were sweet parts of them, especially loved the last part of them. They started off as like enemies but became friends afterwards. I actually missed some episodes like where first Turbo asks Lam Sum out...

Raymond Wong & Sonija Kwok (Ho Ka Bo & Cheung Hiu Man) - They never really started in the series other than their past. Man knew Lai Sum likes Turbo, so she gets them together, I thought she was going to fight for him in the last episode seeing the preview, but I guess I was wrong? She let him go and find Kate again. This love triangle is a triangle that pushes around I guess..

When Lane Merges Thoughts

Have watched 10 episodes I think. Well, it never looked interesting to me, so never anticipated it. It seems to be OKAY for me, the cast isn't very appealing to me either. But its going alright now, not too bad. Up to where Raymond Wong gets accused again for crashing and getting someone hurt. Hope he will be okay :)

I think the language they use is very funny, especially in the first episode and how Kent Cheng always says that phrase "你個腦Yak草啊!" (Directly translated - Your brain eats grass) And I also love the way Raymond and his father communicates, it's quite funny. We can see they care for each other but their way of communicating is almost like having an argument. And like everyone, I really like the themesong of this series. We can tell from the lyrics that its talking about their son and father relationship how the father will not leave him while everyone does. :D

Hope the series will get more interesting since the ratings have been quite good. Hopefully won't disappoint me. Also enjoyed watching Elaine ^^ Looking forward to see her and her husband's relationship. But Raymond Cho can be a bit over sensitive with his wife's relationship with everyone... lol.

My Comments:
I've anticipated this series and it didn't give me any disappointment really. I enjoyed this series, it was very interesting to watch. I enjoyed the beginning and the ending parts more. The middle was alright. I liked watching the first case with Elaine and how they find out the real murderer of Elaine is. I liked the ending of this though it was pretty sad too. "人(鬼/狐/妖/仙)殊韬" concept is changed since Steven lives with his wife ghost Linda and fox Fala. I think the last part where they show the new "聊齋" place was very pretty with the dry ice making it look like some goddess place. It was kinda weird how they showed Chung Ling old... but that was to show Fala's appearance again... Was so tragic how Sunny killed everyone, practically everyone died in the end but not exactly just... I found it funny how they showed us all those clips of ghost stories that the real Po Chung Ling wrote. Didn't expect that but it was a good ending after all. At first I thought that everyone would seriously die and just left Steven all by himself writing ghost stories.

It was actually quite exciting watching part where Fala was being used by the other fox ad Sunny and how she started doing bad things and asking Linda to let her stay by Steven. It made the story more interesting when Fala starts to get Steven and fights with Linda somehow. But of course deep inside Fala is a very nice person. :) I think the story would be more interesting if they somehow edited Linda's personality or character a bit. She was too nice, especially towards Fala before discovering her real identity. I didn't expect everyone to find out that Fala is a fox in the end, well acually that was only Steven X)

Characters:
Steven Ma (Po Chung Ling) - Ah, really enjoyed watching Steven more this time ^^ We can see how much Sum Yu and Chugn Ling loved each other in the end, I was so touched when seeing their love like that. Linda sacrificed herself and have Fala's pearl thingy (真元）given to Steven.

Linda Chung (Lau Sum Yu) - Linda's character was very nice and kind. I liked watching her in the beginning, a bit aggressive over with her sister's incident and the end part where she tries to prove everyone that Siu Tsui is a fox.

Fala Chen (Ling Wu Siu Tsui) - I liked watching Fala the whole way through. She was very funny when she disguised herself as a guy and especially with her language, not knowing what everything means and questioning all the time. She was very cute as a girl too. She did many bad things in order to stay near Chung Ling. We can see how much she is deeply in love with Chung Ling but sadly Chung Ling likes Sum Yu.

Sunny Chan (Ko Jit) - I like his nickname and it really suits him, Ma Gat. He really is a double! His double comes out from the middle and kills himself haha. I didn't really like or dislike his character. Sunny's roles are just pretty much the same to me. All his roles are either a very good person or a good person then turns into a evil which is it in this case... can't believe it was him who killed Sum Yu...

Relationships:
Steven Ma & Linda Chung (Chung Ling & Sum Yu) - I really like this couple, though some people might be bored of them since Watchdog but I enjoyed watching him but their romantic storyline wasn't all that interesting, it was alright. I didn't like how Linda accused Fala to be a monster type fox not a goddess, there is a difference really...

Steven Ma & Fala Chen (Chung Ling & Siu Tsui) - It seems their relationship was more happy, Linda's was good for him but Fala does things to make Chung Ling happy with the incident where they stole a book or something.

Sunny Chan & Linda Chung (Ko Jit & Sum Yu) - They were even boring, he likes her but she doesn't. Lol, this reminds me of Legend of demigods, I wanted to see them again but now i get too but ahaha..lol

My Comments:
Everyone has anticipated and had expectations for this. In the end, it was good. I enjoyed much watching Mysteries Of Love. I actually didn't expect how short the cases were. No wonder they said this series is more based on love. I'm glad that Bernice appeared once in a while, not really a guest role. :) Even though this was about love, I found both relationships had something weird but I can't really say what it is.... :/ Maybe its just me? But anyway, I overall enjoyed this. The ending was okay, it was expected.

Some cases were interesting, especially the last one, it was quite cliff hanging but I was surprised how last it was solved in the last episode, I thought it was going to go for half the ep, but it was around a quarter I believe. Hehe, two Raymonds fighting at the end. ^^ I remember there was this case, I think it was the second last one, where Savio Tsang killed Karen's boyfriend and her friend, that were creepy... he like... took their organs out... and left them in this tank to preserve them?!?! He's 變態!!

I'd love to compare this series with the Jap one but I never watched it haha. But I THINK the cases are different... I read summary of Jap one, it seemed different to me..
But then I don't get it... many Taiwanese dramas were just copying from japanese mangas and most copy 100% and TVB don't usually copy... it was only the idea and maybe relationships and characters, cases were different... maybe I'm not to say since I never watched the jap version....?! :/

Characters:

Raymond Lam (King Pok/Kingsley) - Haven't seen Raymond in ages, I liked his character but there were times I felt it was weird... I dunno how to express.. but yea... his character was supposed to be cold or some sort I think? For some reason, it felt that he didn't really love Tavia that much to me. The part after their breakup, he did show care to Tavia but it just gave a feeling it was mere pity and he totally let it down afterwards... i guess its his character?

Tavia Yeung (Tsui Siu Lai/Sai Lei Mui - 犀利妹) - Mmm, of course I enjoyed watching Tavia. X) Felt sad for Tavia when Raymond had to broke up with her, she was SO hurt by him... She sure loved him a lot. In reality, I think those actions were a bit stupid, she even tried cutting herself and suicide because of him. And even thought about quitting being a police, luckily didn't. We can see she was VERY hurt esp in the end where she revealed she cut herself. I still think it was a bit stupid.. though there are these people in life.

Kenneth Ma - (Lo Tin Hang/Gordan/Lo Sir) - Well, I also enjoyed Kenneth, actually I like the whole cast so I enjoyed watching them all. There was one quote that Kenneth said that I can never forget for now. It was when Fungyi broke up and he said to Raymond, "I don't know if I underestimated her recovery from breakup or I overestimated your '殺傷力'" It was much more funny in chinese though. I thought Kenneth was going to shine a lot in this series too since he's playing a playboy and people have been saying that his character is best outta all. But it was okay, he didn't shine as much as I expected, that was all :D Fist better!

Bernice Liu (Ling Man Ka/Nickole) - What a weird eng name she has. I found it really weird when she suddenly loved Adrian so much and all those scenes with Adrian, dunno how to say but I just found it very weird...

Relationships:

Raymond Lam & Tavia Yeung (Kingsley & Tsui Siu Lai) - There were cute and romantic, I liked the scene where Raymond runs to Tavia and asks if they can go out, was cute and the part where they eat and kisses her forehead. But I guess it's Raymond's character is supposed to be like that? He just doesn't seem to love Tavia as much at times. So better the guy to love the girl more than the girl to love the guy since in this case it is.
At first when they broke up, I thought we'll get to see Raymond regretting ALOT breaking up with Tavia and all that kinda stuff but there wasn't much really... lol

Kenneth Ma & Bernice Liu (Gordan & Nickole) - There were many ups and downs with this relationship, I enjoyed watching them too. It was nice to see Kenneth getting angry when seeing Bernice with someone. There were some scenes of both of them getting jealous. But for Fungyi, there wasn't. If there was, perhaps it'd be more entertaining? Anyway, I really liked the scenes where Bernice gets mad again at Kenneth and how he saves it, I guess its coz of his sweet talks ^^ Their relationship would be sweeter since Raymond doesn't sweet talk much as Kenneth XD.

The Mysteries Of Love Episode 25

Raymond gets in a coma, and Tavia helps him. Raymond asks Tavia out and asks if they can be together again. She rejects him.

Raymond hasn't given up. He follows Tavia around which was very annoying to Tavia. So she flew to Australia! :) And Raymond followed. Tavia told him to stop and how hurt she was back then when he said to break up that she wanted to die. Raymond said when he heard that he felt very sorry and his heart ached...Tavia still rejected him.

Raymond gets an award and starts talking when receiving the award. He tells the audience that he regrets his actions. He wants to make a time machine to go back in time to change the past. And says he will love Tavia for 70 million years...

Raymond gets encouraged by everyone to see Tavia and try get her to forgive him. She eventually does. :)

Ta-da~ Happily Ever After! ^^
